I wanna ask about S'R' Latch IC 74LS279 which having an Extra "S" input pin for two latches .The picture is attached herewith what's the reason to provide them. Can't we left those two pins (pin(3) and pin(11)) dedicated for S'?Sir, i am very hopeful that you would respond.
