HI all...
I hope I am in the correct group.
I learning now a hi-speed board design...have question.
when I come to fix the reflection issue in circuit ,and use with a serial termination, our lecturer told us that even we fix the reflection between the driver to receiver by serial termination, its can cause to other minor problems...can someone explain what other problem can cause?

Hello Shaolomc32,
Could you brief about the high speed signal you are referring to?
Just series terminations works better for point to point topology (less than 300/500MHz). above that it may need of on-die terminations too.
Reflections affect your signal integrity and can lead to more BER.
