Hello everyone. I need your help. I would like to know if it is possible to do a frequency analysis of a coil with HFSS? please

Sure. Do u want to know coil inductance ?

yes ... from the analysis setup, select the sweep

1. Edd coil modeling to HFSS and add 1 port modeling.
- Connect a port to one end of the coil and make the other end of the coil grounded by touching the boundary. Ensure that the other parts of the coil, except for both ends, do not touch the boundary.
2. Set the frequency, set the frequency range that u want to know the inductance.
3. Create the report >> Inductance => im(Z(1,1))/(2*pi*Freq) or L=(1/Y(1,1))/(2*pi*Freq) [H]

+Capacitance = im(1/Z(1,1))/(2*pi*Freq) or L=(Y(1,1))/(2*pi*Freq) [F]
