Am having low volt on my inverter transformer output, arduino nano used to generatespwm,Tlp250 as MOSFET driver ,IRFB4110 in set of 3 to full bridge, inverter is to operate at 2.5kva,36v. After all connection no blown MOSFET but at gate voltage of 10-12v I get 85v at transformer output,, at 18v gate voltage I get 130v at out . pls can some1 explain what's happening

The same still maybe its a problem with my drvide circuit and ground issues with high side nmos.pls can I get a workable circuit
E
Easy peasy
how can there be any intelligent comment without a full schematic - post on the power electronics forum

Mosfet driver TLP250 can be used up to 25kHz frequency due to slow propagation delay. If you see slew rate issues at Gate then you may have conduction issues with shoot thru
E
Easy peasy
the propagation delay of the TLP250 varies from 150 - 500nS, so a dead time of at least 600nS is required, and a freq of <=25kHz as posted above.
