This periodic structure was simulated by Ansys HFSS with floquet port excitation and periodic boundary conditions. To apply floquet port I should use master and slave but How to apply periodic boundary condition ??

Master - slave boundary condition is a boundary condition used when there is a periodic structure. You do not need to apply any other boundary condition. You have also used Floquet Port as input which means you have a periodic structure and you are trying to simulate unit cell of your structure.
