Over here, we get ATMEGA8/16/32, ATMEGA48/88/168, ATTINY2313/15/13, ATMEGA8515/8535, ATMEGA162
I'm not sure about the larger 64k and 128k ones though.
Prices vary. ATMEGA8 - $1, ATMEGA48 - $0.7, ATMEGA32 - $3
But it changes with supply and demand and may increase or decrease
