Technical specification:
Operating Range 2400~2500MHz;
Gain >30dB;
Noise Figure <2.5dB;
P1dB >=20dBm;
Ps:1.simulate with the ADS or AWR;
2.You'd better choose MMIC;
3.You may union two LNAs(MMIC) together;
4.Attached the PCB layour.You can use Allegro;
 

One also has to see how to make the impedance matching network for input and output. This will further also decide which type of impedance matching will be done (with lumped components or microstripline matching). This will also depend upon your frequency of operation.A step by step procedure will take you to success:
1) input and output impedance matching network design based on you quiescent condition of your transistor and S-Parameters available from datasheet which will inturn give you input impedance of the transistor so that you can do matching.
2) Biasing network design.
3) Combining both of them intelligently.
4) Bypassing high frequencies through biasing network
5) most important getting satbility factor (K) >1.

1) Microwave transistor amplifiers by Gonzalez.
2) Microwave Engineering by David Pozar.
 

It is important to choose the LNA topology first, because forward-gain or noise performance could be a limitation. After selecting the correct topology you must design matching networks (output matching network if it is a stand-alone LNA). In order to get a gain of 30dB a second stage could be used and for NF = 2.5dB a non common-gate topology should be used.
