Dear All :
im looking for a circuit configuration that never goes to saturation region. (either consisting BJTs or other Circuit components) ,
such circuit could never be used as a switching Device (correct me if iam wrong please)

BJT in Common Emitter and Gate as a control signal will work as switch .... and will have only two state like ON and OFF

Refer some of the treads on the forums itself there are couple of such circuits are there
