Anyone can tell about ....hw can i control fan speed by microcontroller
 

use PWM that way you can control the speed of motor. define the variable, for example if you want to make 3 variant speed for your fan then define speed 1 as 30%, speed 2 as 65% and speed 3 as 100% of duty cycle.
 

Ok fine it will work for d.c motor .......hw can i control speed of ac motor
