For a free VHDL IP Stack:
Can someone dump an ARP replay packet. It should also include MAC addresses and CRC.
I have an example but I want to be sure with some examples that I did not construct by my-self.

May I suggest you to use Wireshark?
Whit this wonderful program you will be able to capture/dump ARP packets and disassemble them without any problem.
Wireshark will be really useful to debug your IP stack!!
