i was trying to drag&drop IO ports onto package view, and also tried to drag&drop BUFIO2 instances onto chip view, but the program does not let me to do either.
when during dragging the cursor is above the package/chip view, it displays a (/) sign meaning that the operation is not allowed. it doesnt give me any more information. i always have to check pin names and bufio2 locations in the view then text edit the ucf file for assigment.
