where can i find algorithm and source code of cmu cam?

hi ,
i need to build a system to detect an track motions in image sequences . i have found that cmu cam ( https://www.cs.cmu.edu/~cmucam/home.html )can do this but i need the source code and algorithm to build that using avr microcontroller series . please tell me where can i find these information. also every information and algorithms about motion detection in image sequences are welcome specially using avr , 8051 or matlab.
