What's the compelete specification of this uv-led?

recently I have read a article about uv led, I want to re-do the simulation process of the reference.
but only a few information has been provided by the author
I sent the email to the author but received nothing

What I need is not provided in the reference but the above information'
So I want to get the complete data sheet according to the image

For your reading pleasure: the attached article appeared in Nature, a leading scientific geology journal (it was sometime back). The author talks about how not to write a scientific paper. I am not so sure but the article may be copyright?
