what is the name of the tape with such a connector?

The flex is connected to the battery with the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 1050L
Would it be possible to connect this connector with wires?

You can try to desolder the connector from the broken flex PCB and connect it with wires. Hower, the connection seems to involve differential pairs and may require a certain matched trace impedance.

I presume there's a Lenovo spare part available.
 

I have never tried to repair a broken flex but it might be easier than then trying to bypass the broken piece with wires. There is apparently a max of 8 connections, and 4 of them appear to be a common ground. If you can expose the copper traces, then glue the pieces together onto a substrate (assuming the traces are all on one side, then connect them with conductive PCB repair glue. Don't try solder as everything will melt.
