What is the best linux version for SOC Encounter?

Who know it?
I just have turbo linux 10.0, but it is not fit SOC Encounter.
 

What version of SOC? For 4.2 I would say Red Hat 7.2. For 5.2 or later I would say RHEL 3.0.
