PICFLASH & LV-PIC?

Hello,
Does anybody know what PICFLASH & LV-PIC softwares are? Are they use for USB PIC programming? If so how to find such a programmer? Also, how they differ from JDM programmers?

no - I already searched for them for a while but it's not been published yet (nor stolen..)
