For 150$? What's this, a decent meal at a good restaurant? They should call it "ideas for food program". I would't write the article itself for 150$, let alone think of an idea.

Many years ago people submitted ideas for free. They did it as a form of advertising to get unsolicited job offers at a higher salary.
