Hi!
Please, can anyone help me with a very simple question?
I was looking at the datasheet of the Xbee, and it does not state what is the maximum digital input tension... It is unclear to me if i can connect the pins directly to a PIC port or I need to reduce the tension to the 3.3V max...
I've found blogs saying that i needed to use a level converter, and others saying that it is OK to connect directly to the 5V of the PIC...
The datasheet says "the module can communicate with any logic and voltage compatible UART;" but below there is a picture saying "CMOS logic(2.8-3.4V)"
As i have very short money and time i need to send my PCB's to the school's workshop before the Xbee arrives, so i relly need to get it righ in the first try... And also i can't afford the 3 week delivery time if i blow the module up =P

Thanks a lot!

Ciro
