On the 4th page, a stackup is given but the unit is not given for the thickness for Cu and Dielectric. Please see the below image.May I know the unit.(oz,mm,mils etc)

Thank you...
So copper thickness is 0.01524mm ,correct me if I am wrong

Hi,

Outer copper thickness usually is thinner, because there is a galvanical process that adds copper, especially for plating the vias.
End copper thickness usually is 35um or 0.035mm nominal.

May I know what is the copper thickness given here by Altera

I referred to your post#3, you wrote 0.01524mm, which is 15.24um

The picture in your post#1 says 0.0006 inch,
since 1 inch = 25.4 mm
0.0006 inch = 0.0152 mm

One should be able to do this with mind calculation, at least on a paper..
But nowadays you could also input "0.0006 inch" to Google and it will show up a calculator with the option to calculate it to many other units.
