urgent help for ubuntu boot up

ubuntu boot up

dear all
i have installed windows 7. then i installed ubuntu using dual installation option.
then as i restarted my system, there was no option for the choice of operating systems which i want to boot from. windows 7 just started normally with no option or choice for the selection of operating systems. help me in this matter whether i re install ubuntu or is there any solution for the problem
