ultra narrow band modulator

Hey all,

I am a newbie here, i just started showing intrest on communication. My project is a wireless door-bell system, modulator will send voice and a single control field to open the door(Relay).

I need references, most of the books i read were difficult to undrestand like H.R walker. Any initial circuit will be appreciated.
