transmitted signal power

My question is

how can i calculate transmitted power, when bandwidth,data rate,path loss exponent,distance between transmitter and receiver is given...
for example...
data rate=20 Mb/s
PL exponent = 4 assume we don't have any shadowing
BW= 10 MHz
d= 2 km
Bit error rate= 10^-6;

Is there any formula related to find transmitted power?
Just need the formula......Its very urgent ......
