Hello all,
I am creating a custom Library and I used Custom designer for it. I did the RC extraction using StarRC and am trying to characterize my library using NCX. I created the .opt file which has the pin details and also gave the input template. But when I run my script I get an error saying "no output .lis file detected-- simulator has not run"
Can anyone help me?
