yes i too found it out of stock.... but it is there in wiley publication website.. but a bit costly....

the price varies from website to website..
Wiley: Queueing Systems: Problems and Solutions i found here at 89$...

Looking to work out for a cheapest cost available...

I was hoping anyone would have a spare copy or in pdf format or any link where i can get or purchase it...
