SIM340 powering by a LiPo

like to power the SIM340 with a single LiPo. The Module does start up and shows me (connected to PC):
RDY
+CFUN: 1
+CPIN: READY
and then restarts again showing the 3 lines before again.

Whats wrong with the Module?

but then i would need a regulator and I have to use a LiPo which I can charge through an other circuit (or the built in one).

does some one successfully uses a Lipo with a SIM GSM modul?
When yes what kind of LiPo is it?
