Sentaurus Device current and plot file not generated.

Dears,

Any one could help explain why Current and plot (.plt & .tdr) files not generated after running sdevice command file successfully. The meshing was successful and sdevice has read input file and generated log file and there is no error message that tells why those files was not generated.
