Hi Guys,

I am trying to design a symmetrical load ring oscillator using the self biasing circuit shown in the maneatis paper.
Attached is a schematic showing the self bias circuit. My question is, it shows an OPAMP. How do I design this? Do I have to design each individual stage of the opamp (buffer + push pull, etc.)? Can I substiute that opamp with any other simpler circuit?

Appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Below pls. find a paper on self-biased amplifiers!
