Hi, I need to simulate some circuits with components for which the S-parameters are provided. The question is:
Are the S-parameters sufficient to simulate the component? What program can I use for these simulations?

thanks

If the s-parameters are given for ALL Components, s-parameter analysis is sufficient for your circuit.
If you don't have any budget for the RF and Microwave Analysis Software ( they are extremely expensive ) you can use FREE software.
or
This is ADS like Analysis Software and it's very efficient for essentials.

RFsim99 is also for free..
Follow the link, launch the program RFSim99.exe (don't need installation), press the 2 ports box, load the s2p file, place the in/out ports and ground, and press "simulate". You can set for rectangular or polar plots, Smith chart...
