i need help to build code for ROC in ANFIS classifier....i have the result for abnormality detection in diabetic macular edema from color retinal images....(i.e) outof 57 images, 35-normal image,17-abnormal image,and 5 images shows wrong result in abnormal images(i.e its show 5 as the normal image)...so i get the result for TP=35 IMAGES,FP=5 IMAGES,FN=0 IMAGES,TN=17 IMAGES....but i ddnt know,how to write the matlab code for ROC curve...pls anyone tell me....
