requirement for ccnp

I have studied material for ccna. But i want to do 642-825 ISCW (Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks (ISCW) ). My question is do i need to pass ccna exam first for qualifying for the ccnp exam. or i can directly give ccnp exam after studying it. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You are right, you need to finish and pass CCNA before sitting for CCNP exams because CCNA is one of the basic requirement when you are enrolling for CCNP
