boost voltage regulator

Hello,

Please help me in finding output voltage of boost regulator.

Input is 2.5V
L=22UH
Load capacitor=22UF
operating frequency=1M
duty cycle=92%.

I studied that output voltage of boost regulator depends on duty cycle then i should get 31.25 output voltage but iam seeing 7.65V output voltage in results.

Please help me.

It's not sufficient amount of information.

It assumes Vds, Vd and RL are small enough to ignore them. Second thing is the inductor design (core material etc.)

Hi,

With the above formula i should get 31.25V because D=0.92 and input=2.5.
But in simulation iam getting 7.65V.

Please help.
