spiral inductor theory

Hi, everybody,

I plan to use a tapped on-chip inductor act as the inductive load to achieve the 20GHz regenerative divider design that is based on a Gilbert mixer topology. But I lack the spiral inductor knowledge(like theory and design method), so invite everybody recommend me a good book for the spiral inductor design. Thanks!
