help:Reading 2 words from a dual port ram

Hello

I am new to the fpga design
I need to implement a block which contains addresses of two words in dual port ram and for every clock this block generate the two addresses to call it from the ram

block.jpg

The output of the ram is 8 bits

and i need to Store 32400 kbits on it

i am using Virtex-II Pro XC2VP30
and verilog for the rtl coding

Sorry if my topic is repeated but I am confused as a beginner
