Radiation resistance of a loop antenna with a ferrite core

I have a formula for radiation resistance of a small loop antenna. How will the radiation resistance of a resonant loop antenna change if I place a ferrite core in it? (I am talking about an actual loop = 1 turn, so the core would be a ferrite slice - there is also the question about the influence if the thickness of this slice on the radiation resistance of the antenna).
