produce USB port with FPGA circuit ????

hello everybody!! i have a FPGA board , it don't have USB port , but it have redundant 4 ports . i want to design a circuit and contact it with this four to produce USB port , i dont know , can my idea go on ?

Sure you can do a USB 1.1 interface using standard IOs from the FPGA, but then you have to implement the whole USB protocol inside the FPGA which is not an easy task
I would suggest buying a USB to serial interface and then go from there.
