I am trying to insall Ubuntu inside windows.
I downloaded the Ubuntu 12.04.3 Desktop CD, then place the iso file and wubi (in the cd) and run it)

I got this error, tried different techniques but no solution till yet.

Please help

Seems to be a problem at server side, or even on Internet connection.
Try download the offline package instead install by online option.

follow my ways

1.take one pendrive ,which is capable to hold the ubuntu os.
2.download unet.bootin software.
3.make the pendrive boot-able of ubuntu os with help of unet.bootin software.
4.you need make one partition for ubuntu os.(optional)
5.plug the pendrive, restart the pc, boot the pc from the pendrive, then you can install the ubuntu os,

caution:

My PC Doesn't Support Bootable Pen Drive.
:p

no problem, do the same procedure, instead of pendrive use the bootable ubuntu os cd

you need to boot the cd directly, dont enter the windows os
