PCAD 2006 -Wish to contact designer with experience

My company has a design in PCAD2006 and we do not have the software. It was contracted out in 2005 and the original company no longer has PCAD 2006. I'm looking for someone that can work on PCAD 2006 to make modifications, export the design into an interchangeable format, or can sell us their copy of PCAD 2006. I know this is a longshot but I'm exhausting all of my options as the alternative is to restart from zero.
