hello everyone

my orcad magnetic parts editor can't make a new one. when i run Magnetic Parts Editor , it promts

INFO: The connection with database could not be established as the installation was not done correctly. Re-install the database.

ERROR: The connection to database could not be established.Only completed designs can be opened and viewed.


why , how can i do
