I use ocean scripts to run the corner cases for all my designs. For one of them (I use always the same template and this only happens for one design) the computer runs out of RAM memory after some simulations.

I would like to free the RAM memory after a simulation is finished in order to avoid this problem. How can I do it? Is there any command I could use at the end of the script?

Thanks.

Are you running spectre in 64bit mode? If not, may be can help you.

Thank you eriki, I am not running spectre in 64bit mode. I am going to check that forum.
