nokia 6600 not responding to "at" commands

nokia 6600 at commands

hi.. every body......
need help for my nokia 6600. i want to send sms from pc using at commands.phone is connected via bluetooth to pc. serial port connection with pc blue tooth device is established. when i type "at" in hyper terminal it returns nthing.(no "error" or "ok"). i also installed pc suite 4 nokia 6600 but no luck.
help me regarding this problem..
