Hi,

I need to Convert +5V regulated DC into -5V DC with the current 100mA. Kindly suggest any ICs.

Note: if it is the pin compatible with ICL7660, it is very helpful to me. It is Ok if it not compatible also. Kindly recommend the
the Convertor which Converts +5V to -5V with current of 100mA

Regards,
V. Prakash

i used a maxim MAX764
note maxim is now part of analog devices
