Hi guys, I've got two job offers from Cisco and Atheros, in Shanghai, China, but I'm confusing which offer I should accept, please give some advice, thanks:)

Cisco: Digital ASIC Front-End Design Engineer, Data Center Business Unit.

Atheros: Digital ASIC Front-End Design Engineer, Wired Ethernet Product Line.

I have 4 years logic design experiences in data communication industry.
