Why you want to work with the old version?
Get Designer from ansoft it include both of them in more friendly environment

I agree, do now waste time using the old versions, designer contains integrated version of both Ensemble and Serenade, which are both more than 5 years old.

Don't forget, if you need any help from other edaboard users, not many of them are using old version.
