NEED HELP! One of the transistors is getting heated.

Hello guys.
Need help.
I am trying to make a line-follower using the circuit diagram that I've attached with this post.
I am designing this on my breadboard as of now.

and yes forgot to mension that the the load (motor) connected to Transistor is not rotating (other than rotations due to Generator principle)
other motor is absolutely fine, and so the other transistor.

You need to do some changes, replace 2N2907 with some NPN transistors. (BD135/BD137/BD139).
