i working on a project were i have to program my own icsp software but i dont know were start please !!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really need help!

First of all let me know how is your topic of Programming or software is related to "EDA Jobs, Promotions, Advertising" as it is posted in. As a newbie, you need to read rules and announcements before posting.
No replies untill the OP clarifies.
