Need help ID'ing an unknown transistor

Can anyone help me ID an unknown transistor? It's in a T072 case (like a TO39 except with 4 leads) and it has these three lines on the top of the case:

S (the 'S' looks like the old Signetics' logo)
D211
814

I need to know what is and what the pin outs are?
