Modelsim error Identifier "BUFG" does not identify a component declaration

I compiled unisim libraries in ISE 13.2 and then imported them to ModelsimPE.
I also imported simprim and unimacro.

I still get the same error. Error and library screenshot attached.
Modelsim version is Modelsim PE student version 10.0c

you either havent put the component in your design file or imported the components package.

What exactly is the components package?

often these libraries have a package in them that contains all of the component declarations so you do not have to copy them into your code.

How do I check if the libraries have the package containing the component declarations.

I checked unisim and it does have pkg declaration files. See screen shot.

Never mind. The library unisim and use unisim lines were commented out. Thanks to you I checked the vhd file.
