mimo channel c++
Hi everyone,
Has anyone made Spatial Channel Model for MIMO according specification
3GPP TR 25.996 v8.0.0 (2008-12)?
I am trying to simulate,according to this specification, MIMO channel in
C++.
I have few issues to discuss about random variables incorporated in this
document.
I would be grateful for finding someone eager for chatting this issues.

What bothers me is absence of some parameters in random variables in this
specification.
For example:
on page 18/5.3.1 step 5 there is formula for random average power for each
multipath component.
My question is why authors didn't point what is mean of normal random
variable used in this formula and why standard deviation is in dB not in
scalar value?
Has anyone idea?
Maybe someone know what missing parameters should be.
