Hi, i'm building a project using the PIC16F877A however i have found out that the resolution of the MCU's ADC is small and is insufficient for the needs of my system. Is there a microcontroller that almost has the same specifications of the PIC16F877A but has 12bits or more ADC resolution? please help! thanks!
 

Some of the Pic24F range have 12-bit A/D converters.
They are not much more expensive than the 8-bit micros now.
