MBF 200 with motorola controller

I am working with a motorola microcontroller interfaced with MBF200, I was able to initialize it, and obtain the values from the registers once wwritten in to it, but am unable to read the data from the A/D convertor.

Does any one know how to do it? Can some one help me out out here????

Did anyone connect the sensor to a oscillator circuit.

Please help me out.
